Printing instructions:

If you have a double-sided printer, printing Forevermore should be a snap. For those of us who don't, here's a list of handy instructions:
Actually, this only works for back-loading printers. If you have a front-loading printer, please email us about how you printed your copy so we can write front-loading-printer instructions. Thanks.

  1. In Adobe Reader, click the Print button or go to File>Print.
  2. Under "Print Range", click the button next to "all".
  3. Next to "Subset", choose "Odd pages only".
  4. Choose "Reverse print order".
  5. Print. Six pages should come out of the printer.
  6. Take these six pages, turn them around (as a unit; do not rearrange them) and put them back in the printer so that the next pages will print on the blank sides of the previous ones.
  7. In Adobe Reader, again, click the Print button or go to File>Print.
  8. Under "Print Range", click the button next to "all".
  9. Next to "Subset", choose "Even pages only".
  10. Make sure "Reverse print order" is still checked.
  11. Print. Your copy of Forevermore should now be in the correct order.
